If you already have a broker's license and are looking to obtain an Illinois MANAGING broker’s license, then you must:

1. Be 20 years of age
   
   
2. Complete an additional 45 hour class
   
   
3. Have had a real estate license 2 continual years of the past 3
   
   
4. Pass the state examination ( More state test information is available at www.goamp.com)

HOMESTUDY OPTION - If you are unable to attend live classes, you can choose a homestudy option, however at least 15 hours must be taken "live"
